Why Us             


If you are responsible for the safety and protection of your organization's people, assets or facilities, then there is a direct relationship between the quality of security service you expect and your peace of mind. We are committed to providing competent, professional, well disciplined security personnel to our clients. In order to maintain this high level of service expectation, we provide at least five levels of supervision to most sites:

  1. Site Supervisor
  2. Field Supervisor
  3. Watch Commander/Customer Service Dispatcher
  4. Field Manager
  5. Assistant Operations Manager

On-Site Field Management and Field Supervision are keys to the successful day-to-day operations of any security program. Making sure officers are on-duty, properly uniformed and providing services requested by our customers is essential and necessary. Digby's provides Field Supervisors who perform regular and spot checks of officers assigned to our customers locations. Supervisors are also required to perform post duty inspections, commonly referred to as on-the-job training, where the officers demonstrate their abilities and capabilities to perform all of their assigned tasks. Field Supervisors also ensure all daily activity and incident reports are completed within Digby's standards of being accurate and legible.

Our Quality Assurance Program involves Field Managers who are responsible for following-up on the work performed by Field Supervisors and who also meet with the client representatives. In that Field Managers are extensions of the Operations Manager, they have the authority to make managerial decisions when necessary. Field Managers also provide crisis management assistance to our customers and officers when incidents that jeopardize safety and security occur.

Field Managers and Supervisors cover Digby's service areas in high profile and marked SUV's and unmarked late model sedans. Because we have a Field Supervisor and Field Manager on duty at all times, we are able to quickly, efficiently and appropriately respond to our customers needs.

Digby's Customer Service Dispatch Center (CSDC) is staffed twenty-four hours a day, seven days each week. This means our clients are able to talk to a management level person regardless of the time or day. CSDC staff is also responsible for ensuring all client locations are staffed according to the schedule without a lapse in service. It's just one more way Digby's assures high quality of service.
